Whether you need a vehicle for a few hours, days or several weeks, Braye Hire Cars Limited has a large range of manual and automatic vehicles available for hire.
All cars are comprehensively insured and come with zero excess.
We offer you not only a means of transport, but a personal, reliable, friendly & efficient service.
The primary location for vehicle collection and return is the airport car park. When collecting at the airport, the Braye Hire Cars representative will meet you in the arrivals area to complete the handover process. On return, please park the vehicle in the hire car parking area and place the keys place in the Braye Hire Cars drop box located in the checkin area in the terminal building.
Note: As an alternative to airport collection/return we may be able to conduct vehicle delivery/return at a location of your choice if our scheduling allows. This option is available from £5 for each transaction and must be confirmed at time of booking.
Dogs are welcome, however, as dog owners, we just ask that customers take reasonable care of the vehicle interior when transporting dogs.

The price we quote you is the price you pay
- No insurance excess for accidental damage
- No insurance charges for drivers over 80
- No Credit Card Fees or amendment charges
- No extra charge for automatics
Driver Qualification
Drivers must be over 21 and under 81 years. A full valid driving licence must be provided.
Note: Drivers aged over 80 may be eligible to drive our hire vehicles for no additional charge. Each request is subject to our insurance underwriter’s review. Braye Hire Cars Limited will initiate and coordinate the review process once we have received an applicable booking request. Please allow five working days for completion of the review.
Insurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured and are provided with zero excess for accidental damage, including accidental damage to interior, tyres, and door mirrors
Payments
Payments must be made in full prior to or on commencement of hire. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Switch/Maestro card.
Driving Penalties
The named driver is responsible for payment of any parking fines incurred during the hire period. Payment of Customers parking fine by Braye Hire Cars Limited will be subject to an additional administration fee of £25.
